Two Human Powered Submarines designed and raced by students in the Ocean Engineering Program at Texas A&M University.
Student Organizations
The undergraduate student body in Ocean Engineering at Texas A&M University is very active in professional societies, honors societies, and competes every year in the International Human Powered Submarine Races.
The professional societies on campus meet together, and include the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME) and the Marine Technology Society (MTS)
Our Ocean Engineering honors society is Omega Epsilon.
